Butter Croissant

Combine all and mix except butter. After mixing rest the dough and later laminate the butter with the dough. For fillings see custard recipe above. Add 50g of the preferred flavor to 250g of custard. Proofing time 3hrs, baking temp 180c Cooking time 15 mins
